Data Deletion Instructions

Last Updated: June 5, 2026

Vireos, Inc. ("Vireos," "we," "us," or "our") respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to request deletion of the data we hold about you, including any data obtained through connected services such as Facebook.

How to Request Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your personal data using either of the methods below.

1. Email Request

Send an email to shea@vireos.ai with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include:

  • The name and email address associated with your account
  • If applicable, the Facebook account or Page connected to Vireos
  • A brief description of the data you want deleted, or a request to delete all of your data

We will verify your identity before processing the request and confirm once it is complete.

2. In-App Account Deletion

If you have a Vireos account, you can request account and data deletion from within the platform through your administrator or our support team. Deleting your account removes the personal data associated with it.

Deleting Data Obtained Through Facebook

If you connected a Facebook account or Page to Vireos (for example, to run lead ads or publish content), any data we received through Facebook is deleted together with your account data when you submit a deletion request as described above.

You can also remove Vireos's access at any time from your Facebook account: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → Vireos → Remove. Removing the app stops further data sharing; to also delete data already collected, submit a deletion request to shea@vireos.ai.

What Gets Deleted

  • Account and profile information (name, email, company, phone)
  • Content, prospect lists, and campaign data associated with your account
  • Data received from connected third-party services (e.g., Facebook leads) tied to your account
  • Usage and device data linked to your identity

Processing Timeline

We process verified deletion requests and remove your personal data within 30 days. Certain information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes — for example, audit trails and transaction records mandated by financial-services regulations. Any retained data is isolated and used only for those legal and compliance purposes.
